Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Oldfield Road - Unknown offenders have banged on windows and tried door handle in unsuccessful attempt to gain access to the property.
- Strawberry
- Hawthorne Road – Property entered via forcing lock on front door. Rooms ransacked and quantity of jewellery and cash taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Ledsham and Manor
- Glenathol Road – Entry gained by forcing side door to property. Untidy search made within. No details of any property taken at this time.
- Willaston and Thornton
- Mill Lane – Unsuccessful attempt to gain entry to property by kicking front door and using screwdriver.
- Sutton
- Saltersgate – Entry gained into property and search made within. No details of property taken.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Ledsham and Manor
- Chester Road – Unsuccessful attempt to gain access to premises causing damage to side door.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Parkgate
- Leighton Brow – Lock snapped off shed to gain access. Go-carts and cross bikes taken (no further details at this time). – 1 go-cart recovered from neighbouring property.
- Grange
- Princes Road – Shed entered after removing padlock. Quantity of tools and golf clubs taken.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Rochester Drive – Brick thrown through window.
- Durham Court – Large tub of white paint thrown at property covering exterior walls and part of neighbouring property.
- Wolverham Terrace – Brick thrown through kitchen window.
- Wellington Road – Group of youths vandalising bus station, smashing glass panels and uprooting planting.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Willaston and Thornton
- Hooton Road – Windows smashed at new build property and damage caused to fencing.
- Hooton Road – Damage caused to storage container at ‘D Morgan Plant Hire’. No further details.
- Sutton
- Northern Rise – Kitchen window smashed.
- Grange
- Sutton Way – Front door lock damaged.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Marina Drive - Black Giant hybrid, secured outside 'Pound Stretcher' taken after lock removed.
- Kinsey Road - Secured blue and orange CUBE Analog taken from outside the 'Regatta Unit' after lock removed.
- Whitby
- Stanney Lane – Access gained to secure locker within ‘David Lloyds’ and black long length camel coat take. Lock found discarded in bin.
- Stanney Lane – Secured Cannondale SL2 bike, in black and grey taken from bike stand at ‘Ellesmere Port Sports Village’ after the lock cut off.
- Rossmore
- John Street – Mobility scooter taken from outside property.
- Merseyton Road – Black Trek mountain bike with pink writing, secured to side of ‘Power House Gym’ taken after lock removed.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Whitby Road – Red scooter, DK66 HXA, secured to post outside ‘Sizzling Spice’ taken after lock removed.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Rossmore
- Merseyton Road – BMW has both registration plates, showing DU60 ZLN taken.
- Grace Road – Skoda Fabia has both registration plates, showing AS11 PHK taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Braemar Court – Citroen C1 has footmarks found on bonnet and windscreen smashed.
- Coliseum Way – Whilst parked at charging point at ‘Coliseum Retail Park’ Vauxhall Corsa has charging cable forcibly removed from a Vauxhall Corsa causing damage.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Neston
- The Birches – Peugeot 3008 has two tyres slashed.
- St. Pauls
- Princes Road – Vauxhall Astra has wing mirror punched and cracked by cyclist who pulled out on vehicle.
- Fulwood Road – Toyota Aygo has all four tyres slashed.
