If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
 
 Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Woodfield Road – Entry gained via insecure rear door.  Television taken. – Named suspect.
  • George Street – Two offenders disturbed trying to gain entry into property causing damage to upper floor window. – Male arrested and charged.
  • Percival Road – Two offenders gain access to house by damaging rear door.  House ransacked. – Males arrested and charged.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Parkgate
  • Earle Drive – Entry gained into property by unknown means and tools, batteries and copper wiring taken.  Port-a-loo in garden also set alight.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Willaston Green – Entry forced into property.  Items moved around but nothing believed taken.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Mercer Walk – At close of public access, youths force open outer doors to ‘Iceland’ and take a crate of soft drinks and large tray of eggs.
  • Coliseum Way – Entry gained into secured room at ‘Travel Lodge’ and Fitbit smart watch taken.
  • Rossmore
  • Meadow Lane – Unit on ‘Canal Bridge Enterprise Centre’ has metal shutters prised open to gain access to building. Alarm activated disturbing offenders. Nothing taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Ladies Walk – Window smashed at ‘Aldi’ and some food contents taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Chester Road – Lock smashed off metal storage contained in grounds of ‘Thornton Garage’. Untidy search made within and security cameras damaged, two car jacks, Snap tyre gun taken.
  • Hooton Road – Unknown male pulls up in a white transit van and takes five clay pigeon launchers before driving off.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Berwick Road West – Two males disturbed in garage.  Made off upon being confronted.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Valentine Street – Access gained onto new build site.  Electric cables cut through and three containers broken into.  Items taken but no specifics at this time.
  • St. Pauls
  • Hargrave Drive – Stealth Bomber electric bike taken from shed.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Holly Road – Communal gate damaged.
  • Croft Court – Bathroom window smashed.
  • Cheshire Oaks – Youths set alight grass verge between Outlet Village and Coliseum.
  • Flatt Lane – Male sets fire directly outside fire door of ‘Saffron’. – Male arrested and charged.
  • Heathfield Road – Boundary wall demolished by unknown means.
  • Sandringham gardens – Wheelie bin set alight.
  • Durham Court – Window smashed.
  • Alnwick Drive – Wheelie bin set alight.
  • Rossmore
  • Percival Road – Bathroom window, which opens onto communal area smashed.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Romney Way – Mercedes C220 has damage caused to the rear nearside panel after male punched it.
  • Denhall Lane – Honda FR-V has rear, side passenger window smashed to all offender to reach in and pull handbag from the boot area.
  • Neston
  • Liverpool Road – Named offender cuts down poles supporting lights and CCTV cameras.
  • Frobisher Road – Ground floor flat has bedroom window smashed.
  • Sytchcroft – Bench within park set alight.
  • Parkgate
  • Rope Walk – Youths setting fires in playground.
  • Netherpool
  • Seymour Drive – Bonfire lit at location causing damage to phone lines.
  • St. Pauls
  • Waverton Road – Casing to security light knocked off.
  • Parklands – During period of this report, two reports received regarding smashed windows.
  • Centre pane within front ground floor window smashed.
  • Outer pane of glass smashed in patio doors.
  • Woodchurch Lane – Youths throwing stones at new build properties smashing windows.
  • Grange
  • Kensington Road – Living room window smashed.
  • Sutton Way – Windows and doors within flat damaged by occupant.
  • Regent Street – Boundary fencing to a number of properties within street damage. – Male arrested and charged.
  • Cavell Drive – Front door to property kicked causing denting.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Robinson Road – Parcel, left in communal area by delivery driver, taken.
  • Coliseum Way – Luminous green/yellow Commercial Sl Mata pushbike taken from outside ‘Travel Lodge’.
  • Whitby
  • Stanney Lane – Padlock removed from locker in changing room at ‘David Lloyds’ and wallet removed.  Wallet later recovered minus cards and cash.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Wood Lane – Vehicle pulled up on lane just prior to midnight, dug up, and taken a number of plants.
  • Mayfield Gardens – Guttering removed and taken from garage.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Chester Road – Unknown offender walks into ‘D Morgan Plant Hire’ and takes 14” cut off saw and 3kw 110v generator.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Road – Two males wearing masks witnessed taking two bikes from within the secured bike stands on the station platform.
  • Netherpool
  • North Road – Vehicle reversed up to battery storage bin on ‘Scania’ site and quantity of batteries taken. No trace of registration provided.
  • Seymour Drive – Carrera mountain bike taken from front garden.
  • St. Pauls
  • Graham Avenue – Parcel, left on doorstep taken by unknown offender.
  • Sutton
  • Singleton Road – Access gained into building site and large quantity of scrap steel taken.
  • Grange
  • Earls Gardens – Parcel, left outside property taken by unknown.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Whitby
  • Stanney Lane – Red Lexmoto CL 125, PE71 HVL taken from car park of ‘David Lloyd, after lock removed. – Located in Merseyside on false registration plates.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Highfield Road North – Skoda Yeti has the front and rear registration plates, showing KV63 XFV taken.
  • Rochester Drive – Audi A3 has the front and rear registration plates, showing FM12 CCA taken.
  • Coliseum Way – Land Rover Evoque, parked near to ‘Vue Cinema’ approached by unknown offender/s who have caused damaged to door handle and opened the rear doors by unknown means. Nothing taken.
  • Rossmore
  • Westminster Road – Mercedes C220 has damage caused to the boot area in a possible attempt to gain access.
  • Station Road – BMW 320 entered by unknown means and keys to other vehicles and blue tooth headset taken from centre console.
  • Worcester Street – Vauxhall Meriva has rear registration plate, showing NG55 YHL taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Parkgate
  • Hawthorn Road – Peugeot 308 has front registration plate, showing KM10 RVW taken.
  • Leighton Road – Land Rover, parked in field off road, has bonnet, doors and external panels removed and taken.
  • Moorings Close – Ford Transit has front registration plate, showing MD15 WGU taken.
  • Brooklands Road – VW Polo has registration plate, showing P19 JGR taken.
  • Boathouse Lane – Mini Countryman, parked in ‘Old Baths’ car park has nearside rear quarter light window smashed and handbag taken.
  • Moorfield Drive – Honda CVR has both registration plates, showing L14 GHK taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hadlow Road – Vauxhall Corsa has rear passenger window smashed and handbag taken.
  • St. Pauls
  • Spring Gardens – Vauxhall Corsa has both registration plates, showing DA17 FCM taken.
  • Grange
  • Camden Road – Nissan Micra has front registration plate, showing BN63 CKD taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Rugby Road – Honda CRV has windscreen smashed with a brick.
  • Whitby
  • Sycamore Drive – Two vehicles, at neighbouring properties damaged.
  • Citroen C1, parked on driveway has front windscreen smashed.
  • Vauxhall Meriva has rear windscreen smashed.
  • Rossmore
  • Station Road – Peugeot 308 has wing mirror kicked off by group of youths.
  • Nelson Road – Vauxhall Corsa has windscreen smashed by male with a screwdriver. – Named offender.
  • Percival Road – Vauxhall Vectra Has damage caused to the rear windscreen and lights at both front and rear.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • The Birches – Jaguar XE has rear windscreen smashed.
  • Parkgate
  • The Looms – Brick thrown through window of VW Transporter.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Green Lane – Dacia Duster, whilst parked on driveway has rock thrown through front windscreen.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Road – VW Transported, left following being involved in an earlier rtc, has window in side door smashed to gain access and items taken from within.
  • St. Pauls
  • Glenwood Road – Fiat Punto, parked at roadside has driver window smashed.
  • Hawthorn Road – Vauxhall Corsa scratched along the front offside wing down to the metal.
  • Sutton
  • Appleton Drive – Nissan Qashqai scratched along the side.
  • Hope Farm Road – Ford Transit, parked within the precinct has rear light cracked.
  • Grange
  • Regent Street – Male offender after verbally abusing bus driver punched the windscreen and bent the windscreen wiper out of shape.
