New Neighbourhood Watch Overlay Street Signs
The below Alert message was sent out on the 13th July 2021 to all Neighbourhood Watch Coordinators and Deputies for their action. This was to replace the old Home Watch signs with a new Neighbourhood Watch overlay sticker for active schemes across the Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch area.

If you are a Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator or Deputy who haven’t yet completed this survey please use the link below to do so. This will enable us to ensure that all the signs are replaced. Please do not email us with your request for the overlay stickers. Click on the Surveymonkey link below and complete the form.

This message is for Coordinators or Deputies only. Please do not pass on to your members

As you will be aware Neighbourhood Watch used to be called Home Watch in Cheshire and had a different logo (the red triangle). Those of you who started your schemes prior to 2020 will have street signs which still show the Home Watch logo. Rather than the costly exercise of replacing all of these signs across Cheshire, we have been able to purchase overlay stickers which can be cut to size and placed over a clean sign.

Whilst getting your details on how many you need, and where to send the overlay stickers, we are asking you to answer a few questions about your scheme which will help us to understand the different schemes currently running Neighbourhood Watch in Cheshire.

As part of this we are also asking you to log into your account on the Alert system, which is where we store all the Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator and Scheme details, and check that your scheme is mapped correctly. This enables us to see where there are any gaps in Cheshire that need Neighbourhood Watch Schemes, or where there are any overlapping schemes. If you're unable to get onto the system you can still complete the form to ask for your new overlay signs.

Attached to this message is a document which will help you to do this if you are unsure on how to check your scheme details. Please read this first before you click on the below link which will take you to the short form. If you are unable to access the Alert system you can still complete the form to request the overlay stickers. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/K6HLPJC
