Ellesmere Port & Neston Police News Bulletin
19 to 27 June 2021
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Bamburgh Court – Outer pane of glass in window smashed.
  • Ewloe Court – Window next to the communal door to flats smashed.
  • Rugby Walk – TV aerial, at side of house cut through.
  • Whitby
  • Stanney Lane – Group of youths set fire to garden rubbish in compound to the rear of Whitby Hall also causing damage to community garden area.
  • Elm Grove – Football goals on ‘Elm Grove Park’ damaged by group of youths who have also damage planted areas within the grounds.
  • Fern Road – Large amount of bushes and trees damaged by unknown means.
  • Rossmore
  • Jacks Woods Avenue – Stones thrown at front door cause denting.
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Raeburn Avenue – Brick thrown through window.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Starbeck Drive – Deliberate ignition of contents of skip.
  • Sutton
  • Seacombe Drive – Two separate incidents reported during the timeframe of this bulletin.
    • Living room window smashed with a brick.
    • Fire set on park.  Petrol container left behind.
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Warkworth Court – Backpack, left in communal area taken.
  • Neston
  • Raby Park Road – Salmon coloured Giant mountain bike taken from in front of the leisure centre after lock broken off.
  • Netherpool
  • Rivacre Road – Orange and black Cuba Tension mountain bike taken from Vauxhall Motors Sports & Social Club by two unknown children.
  • Grange
  • Festival Park – Grey Carrera Axle mountain bike taken by unknown male and female.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:

  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Capenhurst Lane – Red and black Sym Crox, PF17 PYY taken from driveway.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

  • Parkgate
  • Mostyn Square – Insecure Honda has disability permit taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Woodfield Road – Honda Civic has drivers wing mirror smashed.
  • Flint Court – Vauxhall Zafira has an unknown substance poured over vehicle.
