Ellesmere Port & Neston Police News Bulletin
19 to 23 April 2021 
 
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
 
Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – Entry to property via front door.  Untidy search made within and cash taken.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Netherpool
  • Rossfield Road – Items on forecourt of ‘Westminster Industrial Park’ damaged.  Pallet of clay roof tiles, desks and some scrap metal taken from site.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Whitby
  • Thamesdale – Garage has padlock broken off wooden doors to gain access.  Damage caused to the lighting within.  A garden bench left outside the gates of the address, which does not belong at the property.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Coronation Road – Small window on old childrens play centre broken by group of youths.
  • Warkworth Court – Brick thrown at window causing outer pane to break.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Milliner Street – Stones thrown at kitchen window causing it to smash. – Named offender.
  • St. Pauls
  • Sutton Way – Pane of glass in window to front of property smashed.
  • Sutton
  • Sutton Way – Three windows at property smashed.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • The Boulevard – Blue/yellow/white/red Suzuki GSXR, NL02 YJW taken from ginnel next to address. – Bike recovered following an RTC.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Lamprey Road – BMW 4 series has front bumper, down to the crash bar, including lighting and grill removed and taken.  The offender/s have also scratched ‘Sorry for ….’ into the paintwork on the boot.
  • Westminster Road – Insecure Vauxhall Insignia entered and handbag taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Kinsey Road – Whilst being moved off site member of group of youths throws a stone at a parked Peugeot Partner, hitting the windscreen and causing it to crack.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • The Cross - Honda motor vehicle, parked in parking area found with two deep scratch marks having been made into the bodywork.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Village Square - Citroen Berlingo, parked in car park of 'Pollards Inn' entered by unknown means and toolbox, containing various power tools taken. - Male arrested.
  • St. Pauls
  • Greenfield Road - Mercedes has rear windscreen damaged by unknown means.
