Ellesmere Port & Neston Police News Bulletin
25 March to 4 April 2021
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:

  • Strawberry
  • Cornfield Close – French doors forced open but it appears offender/s may have been disturbed as no further entry to the house gained and nothing taken.
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Raeburn Avenue – Entry gained into property via unknown means. Nothing taken although some items moves around.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Wellington Road – Group of youths smash upper floor windows on old ‘TJ Hughes’ store.
  • Ashfield Road North – UPVC casing on rear door damaged by unknown means.
  • Rossmore
  • Bateman Close – Living room window smashed.
  • Neston
  • Sidney Road – Outer pane of glass in double glazed window smashed by a stone.
  • Netherpool
  • Westenra Avenue – Living room window smashed.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Mattress, fly tipped on ‘Festival Park’ set alight.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

  • Rossmore
  • Charles Price Gardens – Ford Focus has both the front and rear registration plates, showing MJ07 NBB taken and replaced with KC05 FKV.
  • Parkgate
  • North Parade – Ford Focus, parked on ‘The Old Baths’ car park has front passenger window smashed and nappy bag taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hadlow Road – Honda Civic has offside rear window smashed and bag taken.
  • St. Pauls
  • Greenfield Road – Aprila motorcycle has registration plate, showing TU04 APE taken.
  • Links Avenue – Mercedes entered by unknown means and laptop taken.
  • Sutton
  • Gawsworth Road – Group of youths smash wing mirror on Vauxhall Astra before running off. – Damage also caused to another vehicle when it’s wing mirror was kicked off by the youths but this has not been reported as yet.
  • Church Lane – Combi van, parked on residential driveway has front passenger window smashed.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
  • Parkgate
  • Moorside – Jaguar x-type has wing mirrors pushed forward causing damage.
