COVID 19 vaccine scams

Alert message sent 08/01/2021 09:39:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Now that the COVID-19 vaccines are being rolled out, there have been reports of scam recorded phone messages and emails asking you to press a number or click on a link to make a vaccine appointment.

You are then asked for your personal and financial details.

Please remember the vaccine is FREE. If you are unsure after receiving a call or an email, check with your medical provider.

Report to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or Police on 101

Many thanks
