Residents across west Cheshire impacted by Storm Arwen can visit Cheshire West and Chester Council's libraries to receive support.
Storm Arwen's high winds and Arctic temperatures have seen some homes left without power and the Council is working with partners to make sure those affected have the supported they need.
The Council's libraries across the borough are open their usual hours, offering a warm space for any residents who find themselves without power in their homes.
Hot drinks will be available for those who need them, along with sockets to charge phones and other electronic devices, and residents will be able to bring in hot food should they need to.
The Council is advising anyone visiting libraries to wear masks and hand sanitising stations will be available to support COVID-19 measures.
Council company Brio Leisure is also offering to support residents at its buildings across west Cheshire, providing hot drinks and charging points as needed by those feeling the impact of the recent weather.
The Live Well Cheshire West website has a range of information and advice about support available for residents in communities across the borough.
