16 to 20 December 2019
  
If you have any CCTV, dash cam footage, etc., that you think may have captured something of relevance in relation to any of the below incidents, further information such as dates and times can be provided.
 
 Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Malvern Avenue – Something has been jammed into the lock at the bottom of the door braking it.  No entry to property gained.
  • Whitby
  • Thamesdale – Front door forced open and quantity of property taken from address.
  • Strawberry
  • Farmstead Way – Entry gained via rear door.  Untidy search made of drawers and loft. Nothing taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Briardale Road – Lock on patio doors broken by unknown means to gain entry to property.  Drawers searched and keys taken to blue BMW M140l which as then been taken.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Mill Lane – Access has been gained to a number of individual locked storage units within large converted barn at ‘Oak Tree Business Centre’.
  • St. Pauls
  • Chester Road – Male arrested during a burglary at ‘Ellesmere Port Golf Club’.
Incidents reported relating to OUTBUILDINGS/GARDENS:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Briardale Road – Lock forced off garage door and lawnmower and strimmer taken.
  • Sutton
  • Fenwick Road – Entry gained to shed.  Not known at this time if any property taken.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Stanney Lane – Stones and drink container thrown through window of doctors surgery damaging set of blinds.
  • Buckingham Gardens – Bedroom window smashed by unknown means.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Mayfield Gardens – Brick thrown at window causing it to smash.
  • Raby Park Road – Entry gained into grounds of ‘Neston High School’ by a group of youths who have scaled the perimeter fencing.  Once inside they have smashed 25 lit bollards and a Peugeot mini bus has had all side windows smashed and side panels dented.
  • St. Pauls
  • Wilmslow Drive – Window smashed.
  • Parklands – Roof of shed within ground of primary school damaged.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Eggs thrown at window caused glass to crack.
  • The Boulevard – Brick thrown through front window.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Marina Drive – Purse left on back of toilet cistern at ‘Club 3000 bingo’ taken.
  • Market Square – Backpack placed on table in food area of the market taken.
  • Marina Drive – Set of aluminium ladders, left outside ‘Dominos’ taken.
  • Strawberry
  • Melrose Drive – Plant pot taken from front garden.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Buildwas Road – Entry gained onto premises of ‘Five Ways House’ by cutting through the lock and boundary fencing. Brown Mercedes Sprinter Caravan, 100 XVV taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Briardale Road – Blue BMW M140l taken after keys obtained during a burglary.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Station Road – Vauxhall Cascada, parked on car park of ‘B & M’ has an unsuccessful attempt made to gain entry.
  • Oil Sites Road –Mitsubishi Shogun Sport, parked at ‘Innospec Manufacturing’ has front registration plate, showing DK68 CYE taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Netherpool
  • Poole Hall Lane – BMW 3 series have both front and rear registration plates, showing VO06 FOA taken.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Ford Transit entered having forced open rear doors. Battery operated impact wrench and grinder taken.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Cromwell Road – Unknown male seen to enter and walk around the ‘Gas works’ site with a dog, Male seen to be in a digger so he has been approached and walked off.  The digger has then been found to have had its monitor smashed and cables to the arm cut. – Male arrested.
  • Strawberry
  • Archers Way – Vauxhall Corsa has both wing mirrors knocked off.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Raby Park Road – Peugeot Boxer van, parked within school grounds has all side windows smashed and body panels dented by group of youths who have climbed over the boundary fencing into the school grounds.
