Theft of motor vehicle

This is to inform you that unfortunately there has been a theft of motor cycle reported to police in the early hours of 23rd February on Sweet Briar Court, Astbury. In order to deter thieves and protect your property please follow the below security advice:
 
  1. Make sure windows and doors are locked
  2. Activate all security devices
  3. Always park your car in a safe, well-lit place and use a garage if possible
  4. Consider fitting lockable gates to drives
  5. Never leave your keys in any place where they can be reached through the letterbox with a hook and cane and out of plain sight
  6. If you have CCTV please check it for the times quoted above as it may help with lines of enquiry.
 
If you have seen any suspicious vehicles, persons or have any other information, please contact us via 101 quoting incident IML-330230.
